You need to obtain pre-authorisation from Momentum Medical Scheme for hospitalisation , day clinic admissions,specialised procedures/ treatment ,MRI, Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP), whole body radioisotope,PET, CT scans and all other Major Medical Benefits.
