The International Travel benefit is managed by Europ Assistance SA. The benefit covers emergency medical expenses incurred as a result of an unexpected illness or injury during an international journey or when you back at home.

The Ingwe option and benefits only allows access to treatment in South Africa and you can not use your Ingwe benefits in your country.

Medical Emergency: An acute injury or illness that poses an immediate risk to a person's life or long term health. Treatment is provided in an accident & emergency department (A&E), emergency room (ER) or casualty department.
R5 million emergency medical cover (including repatriation, evacuation and transportation)
R300 000 terrorism extension cover
A R1 300 co-payment (levy) applies per emergency claim
