Your Ingwe Primary Care or Ingwe  Primary Care Network doctor will refer you to a specialist and give you a referral letter. You have access to consult any specialist.

The benefit is limited to 2 visits per annum and a maximum of R 1150 per visit and R 2300 per annum per family.

Contact the member call centre on 0860 102 493 for authorisation, and to obtain a list of specialists in your area that will charge Momentum Medical Scheme Rate.

Please remember that we will only reimburse 100% of the Momentum Medical Scheme Rate.
