The Momentum App is secure and you have to create your own Login and password. We do require a SA mobile number to authenticate your membership.
With the Momentum App you have access to:
- View your membership information - Your card and membership confirmation letter
- Find a healthcare provider
- Talk to a Doctor via Hello Doctor
- Claims queries - Submit your claim or check if it has it been paid?
- Obtain a pre-authorisation for a hospital admission or specialist consultation
